This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.derenkimya.com.tr, operated by Deren Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Deren Kimya"), in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.
1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow your browser to be recognised on later visits or statistics about website use to be collected.

Analytics cookies are loaded only after you click "Accept"; if you choose "Reject", the Google Analytics code is never added to the page. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is retained for 14 months; visits from our offices and plants are excluded.
We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies.
Third-party components that set no cookies
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers, which technically receive your browser's IP address; no cookies are set.
- WhatsApp button: a plain link — no data is sent to WhatsApp unless you click it.
3. International transfers
Data collected by Google Analytics may be processed on Google servers outside Türkiye (including the EU and the USA). This transfer takes place only if you consent to analytics cookies and in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw it, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser and not loaded again.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
