Deren Chemicals has a chemistry and a microbiology laboratory in its headoffice building. Samples collected from industrial boiler and cooling systems, domestic water distribution systems and leisure units are analysed physically, chemically and biologically in these two laboratories.
In addition, mobile analysis laboratory provides on-site services.
Water Testing
In Chemistry laboratory, we carry out wet chemistry and enstrumental analysis for testing at least 15 parameters to identify water characteristics and appropriate water treatment program. In microbiology lab various bacteriological tests are carried out.
Water samples: Boiler and cooling water, drinking and potable water, spa, whirlpool and swimming pool water.
Chemical analysis: pH, Total Hardness, Total Alkalinity, Conductivity, TDS, TSS and different anion and cation analysis
Microbiological analysis: Our microbiology laboratory carries out Legionella isolation, identification and enumeration including serogrouping of positive samples and analysis results help us to recommend preventive and remedial actions.
DEREN CHEMICALS MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY
Microbiology laboratory is a Biosafety Level II water pathogen testing laboratory which is operated under TS EN ISO/ IEC 17025 Standard. Domestic and industrial water samples are tested to determine their bioactivity and hygiene condition.

Regular analysis of pool waters to determine the efficacy of disinfection program and the maintenance of proper water hygiene. Spa pool are analysed for presence of Legionella pn.
Swap analysis from any surfaces of water systems are tested to determine bacterial contamination.
