Techinal Services
Water treatment program is going to be started by Deren technical assistance team and technical service manager and engineers are going to visit your plant every two weeks during the program. During the visits, samples are collected from the systems and if necessary on-site analysis is carried out. Analysis results and on-site observations are evaluated. Then, recommendations and remedial actions are submitted in a SERVICE REPORT.
Performance Analysis
Our team collects system data and evaluates them. These analysis results give us an idea about efficiency of the treatment and further studies. The results are reported as 3-month periods and they are submitted to the plant staff at the meeting. Technical manager and experts of Deren Kimya also attends this meeting besides service manager and engineers.
Downtime visit
The system is maintained during downtime and samples are collected for laboratory analyses. The results are reported and stored in our databases.
Laboratory Services
Physical ,chemical and microbiological analyses of water and deposit are performed in Deren Kimya chemistry and microbiology laboratories located in Istanbul headoffice building. If metal and organic/inorganic sludge analysis are required, a contractor laboratory services will be provided.
Mobile Water Analysis Laboratory
Sampling is one of the key elements affecting treatment performance. Samples should be collected from the correct points at suitable conditions. Some analyses should be done immediately. Immediate analysis enables us to find out the problem and take necessary measures promptly. Therefore, Deren mobile laboratory provides on site monitoring to support treatment program.
Monthly Stock Control
This control determines monthly chemical consumption. If there is a difference between proposed amount and actual consumption, reasons are searched for that and the problem is solved.
